A version of our title insurance policy has been designed specifically for the CEE scenarios - that is to provide insurance that the mortgage lender will receive a valid, enforceable, first registered charge against the title to insure over registration gaps and allow lenders to lend against the individual subdivision to speed up lot sales and improve cash flow.
