FAF International's French expansion

FAF International are pleased to announce the expansion of their French operation having signed an agreement with Title Protection Europe SARL. This month our insurance facilitated the sale of real estate located in central Paris.
Title Protection Europe SARL
Title Protection Europe SARL will act as a broker for FAF International in France, providing local expertise and knowledge, with European real estate experience of over 15 years this will prove to be a successful affiliation.

Recent Central Parisian Real Estate Insured
This month, FAF International used its insurance to facilitate the sale of a Paris building. A listed property company had reached a deadlock with the buyer over the sale agreement reps and warranties. FAF International was approached during the discussions and eventually the risk (the breach of an old agreement) was transferred to FAF International.
Phillip Oldcorn, Senior Vice President at FAF International said "This has been an interesting development for our French product and one that anyone involved in French Real Estate transactions, should be aware of. By including title insurance in the deal, the risk which caused the sale to stagnate, was removed from both the seller and purchaser and is now with FAF International - helping the deal to complete, which might not have happened in a deadlock situation."
